Your F’in hot sauce is the best I have ever tasted, no shit. I am a vast consumer of the stuff (mostly the Lousiana thin stuff) but this is a different bird. thick sweet and oniony (like my woman) with a sneaky hot back end (like my woman). hey, you should name it "like my woman" actually my only thought is that you need a more colorful funny label (like a cartoon pit bitin a bikers ass or bitin the back tire of his bike) many hot sauces compete with each other at many locations and more color might help. (you know you got competition with names like ass blasters, liquid death etc . I'll be sending you some locations to try out.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting you in Glen Cove. I purchased two bottles as "Stocking Stuffers." Well, after tasting the Salsa I could not resist trying one of my favorite recipes with your hot sauce. It came out fantastic!

Your sauce kicks sooo much ass! Its real good. I just finished some on a taco. Its really the best hot sauce I ever had, no lie! ok bye.

  I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to find your booth at the Sayville fair this past weekend. I came across your booth for the first time last year at the same place and as my wife and I walked in your general area I was excited to see you again.

 I am not into the gimmicks and weird labels that you find some other brands promoting just to sell their product, which is why I'm writing to you. I love all of your pit bull sauce.

 It is simply the best I've ever had and I love it for what I need. While I personally would love to try and buy the hottest stuff you have or hotter than what I have purchased I often remember that my family and friends find the mild too hot for them so I purchased the Revenge and Pineapple salsa.

 Love them both, great job and I see that you are coming to St James day where my folks live, by then I should need more and I hope to see you again.

Just wanted to tell you, I just had the Jalapeno Peach Hot sauce with chicken, great stuff!! I could drink this stuff its so good (I wonder how it goes with vodka)...a Bloody Pit Bull...Hmmmm...have to work on that! Seriously, gotta try some recipes with this, glad I ran into you! I think you are doing a great job with everything! I love the taste, quality, and price for your guy's products! I buy them all the time and Think they are so good. Hey Manny! I met you at the Rockaway Art Festival this past summer. You gave me a sample of your hot sauces i loved them!! My wife and i both think your hot sauce is the best! The pineapple and peach jalapeno kick ass as well.

I first sampled your Pit Bull Peach BBQ Sauce at the motorcycle show at the SCCC campus in Brentwood this year. I was instantly hooked. I have since run out and have to place an order but, right now I am out of work on disability so money is tight. As a former Long Islander (actually from the Bay Shore Mobile Park) I don't get back to LI that often. My sister still lives in Mastic Beach and next time I come down I am going to find it for sure.

I digress here.... Today my husband and I went to Skaneatles New York and found a store named INFUSED!.

They sold all sorts of hot sauces and salsas. I braved the crowd to see if they possibly carried your products, and much to my dismay they did not. I boldly asked them if they had ever heard of your products to which they replied they had just been asked about it twice today! I told them what a great product it was and they said they had a memo to talk to the owner about it. I assured them it was a quality product and to try it. I truly expect that you will hear from them soon. As a matter of fact since I have their e-mail address I will send it to you and I will send your to them....maybe I won't have to drive back to LI soon!

Thank you soooo much for sending me the Peach BBQ Sauce. It was such a surprise to me when my husband handed me the UPS box. I couldn't for the life of me think who was sending me anything. When I saw the return address I was so excited I could hardly open the box. The first thing I did was take a BIG spoonful and boy the kick was huge! I am so upset that I don't have any tortilla chips right now LOL.

Thank you again, and since I was cleared to return to work I promise I will be sending an order as soon as my first paycheck is in my bank.....

I had gotten a sample of your hot sauces from one of our local fairs during last spring.... the stuff is awesome!!! I love hot wings and I used your sauces to make my own wings ( I had gotten them from a thing called "the daffodil festival" in Meriden CT back in may of this year.... the closest place that you have listed in CT is in a town called Oakville and I live in a town called Wallingford which is about 35-40 mins away.... too bad there couldn't a closer place.... anyway the sauces are awesome as I said... keep up the good work

I am very happy that you make your hot sauce in small bottles - great for my son SGT David Protus - he is always on the move with the 4/2 SBCT in Iraq! They live in their Stryker vehicle and these will be perfect to bring on all the missions!!! - "Ranger pudding" with a kick!!!!

I recently was able to try some of your hot sauce, great stuff! Since your name is Manny I thought I'd throw in a pic of my bullmastiff, Manny (we named him after Manny's Pale Ale from Georgetown Brewing here in Seattle, Keep the hot sauce coming and if you are in the Seattle area give a holler, I'll take you to the Georgetown Brewery where we can get a couple of Manny's and find some place to eat to put your sauce on it!

To the makers of the best hot sauce sold today. I am a true chile head I enjoy all kinds of hot sauces and chile peppers but yours is the best by far!!! I routinely buy hot sauces. I purchased yours at Pindar Vineyards. I loved the product (I bought all three bottles) but couldn’t remember where I bought them. Years later, I went back to the vineyards for another visit and found my long lost hot sauce and bought 3 more bottles. This time I made sure I found the web site and where the sauces are sold locally. They are sold at a local place but would love to see your product in some major supermarkets. Again congats to making the tastiest hot sauce I have ever tried. I went to the hotsauce blog definitely a great place for chile heads. I didn’t write a review but I know feedback is what drives some products.

All of us in this household love your sauces. We first heard of you 2 years ago at the Polish Festival in Riverhead Long Island. Last year we went on a quest to find you at the fair again and to our luck we met up. You then turned us on to your new Pit Bull Hot Sauce Spice Rub. I believe it was the Mrs that told us to try it on popcorn which we did and it was the best. We can't wait to see you again at the fair this coming summer. I was wondering if you could let me know if and when you will be there in 2008. Our supply of Manny's Pit Bull sauce will be running out by then and we will have to replenish our stock with some of our favorites and any new items you have come up with over the year. Keep up the great work!!!!
